SUMMARY:2025 Talona Marten backpack distribution event at Lincoln VFW parking lot
DESCRIPTION:The 7th Annual Community Backpack Drive Project in honor of Talona Marten celebrates the memory of Talona\, who was lost 8 years ago in August. To honor her memory and her love of children\, the family continues the tradition started in July 2017 by host another backpack Drive. Since its inception\, backpacks and monetary donations have provided more than 1\,000 backpacks filled with school supplies to children and families in need throughout the community. \nThe backpacks are distributed to children in need within the community and can be picked up by families in need on Saturday\, July 26 from 10 AM to noon or until all backpacks are picked up.
