DESCRIPTION:This event is designed for those dealing with previous or current trauma in their lives. Interested persons are invited to attend and experience this half-day transformative journey towards peace and emotional well-being. \nTrauma is the experience of adversity that exceeds one’s ability to cope or integrate the emotions involved with that experience. It does not have to be life-long\, and there are many ways to seek healing. \nJoin Lighthouse of the Valley Beacon of Light Mental Health Ministry for this workshop led by Pastor Jan Brett.
