DESCRIPTION:After three and a half years\, River City Country Opry will be hanging up their hats as they end their residency at the Arlee Theater in Mason City. \nThis show will be split into two parts- the first half focusing on the best Christmas hits with the band’s special twist\, then after intermission\, “retired” band members and founder Stan Edwards\, Mike the drummer\, and Roger the fiddle player will return for a country-themed second set. \nWhile the December show usually is the final one before the band’s winter break\, this time around it’s the band’s final (at least\, for now) show with the Arlee. \nTickets cost $10 cash at the door. DESCRIPTION:Doors open at 6 PM; guests will be invited to walk the red carpet and pose for photos\, before entering the theater. There will be light hors d’oeuvres\, sparkling mocktails and raffle items. Attendees can mingling with other fellow Arlee supporters and vintage cinema fans. \nRaffle winners will be announced at 7 PM\, then a showing of the 1947 romantic-comedy The Egg and I will be shown. \nTickets are available at the theater during normal business hours and cost $30 per person or $50 for two. Tickets can be purchased online  with a small surcharge to cover related web fees.
