DESCRIPTION:Fostering Grace is hosting a Basics to Becoming a Foster Parent Info Meeting. The meeting is intended for adults who are interested in becoming a foster parent. It doesn’t matter whether you’re single\, married or somewhere in between. \nComplete information will be shared through two one-hour meeting sessions; the date/time of the second session has not yet been determined. \nMeetings take place at Crossway Church\, located at 2316 N. Kickapoo Street in Lincoln. \n“This meeting wasn’t what I expected. It was like a family sitting around the table talking. Very laid back and very informative. I didn’t realize there would be this much support. So glad I came.” – previous participant \n\nPlease leave children at home\nThose applying to be foster parents must pass a federal background check in order to be considered\n\nDue to the high volume of information\, the meetings are being split into two sessions.
