SUMMARY:2025 Talona Marten backpack donation drive drop off at Lincoln VFW parking lot
DESCRIPTION:This 9th annual community backpack drive project is being held once again in honor of Talona Marten as a way to honor her memory and her love of children. Since its inception\, more than 1\,400 backpacks filled with school supplies have been given to children and families in need throughout the community. \nThe event takes place in the parking lot of the VFW at 915 5th Street. Donations of backpacks as well as monetary donations will be accepted Saturday\, July 19 from 10 AM to noon.
