Trailblazers Walking Group sponsored by LMH Community Health Collaborative at Lincoln Memorial Hospital Wellness Trail

The LMH Trailblazers is designed to promote activity for all participants through walking. Participants may walk any day at times of their choosing; walks take place on the LMH Wellness Trail adjacent to the hospital. There is no cost to participate and no registration is required; interested persons can simply show up and walk.

The Trailblazer program is administered by the LMH Health Collbaorative and occasional has contests and special activities to promote walking and a healthy lifestyle.
