Trailblazers Walking Group (multiple times available) at Lincoln Memorial Hospital Wellness Trail sponsored by LMH Community Health Collaborative

The LMH Trailblazers is designed to promote activity for all participants through walking. Participants may attend at times of their choosing; the group walks on Wednesdays at 7 AM, 9 AM, noon and 6 PM on the LMH Wellness Trail adjacent to the hospital. There is no cost to participate and no registration is required; interested persons can simply show up and walk.

The Trailblazer Prize Patrol also may randomly show up and reward attendees who participate. In addition, there are different themes each week; click here to visit the LMH Health Collaborative for information about weekly themes.
