Kyle Fields headline comedy performance in Mason City featuring Nicholas Cuvar

Kyle Fields worked afternoons on The Mix 99.7 in Springfield. Fields has been entertaining audiences across the country with his quick wit and unique perspective on stage, on the air and even in pro wrestling rings as “Classy Kyle Kincaid.” The host of the long running game show “Dash For Dollars,” his mother says she’s very proud when he can get her to pick up the phone.

Nicolas Cuvar from St. Louis is also on these shows. A paid musician at the age of 14, by 17 Nicholas Cuvar was touring the country in bands and working as a studio musician. “I always had a knack for chatting. I was never the lead singer, but I was always the person who talked to the crowd in between songs,” said Cuvar. While performing at an outdoor festival, a drunk guy from the crowd sat down beside him onstage in mid song. “I stopped playing music and just spent the last 20 minutes of my set talking to this guy. That’s when I realized laughter feels much better than the obligatory applause I was receiving after a song,” said Cuvar.
