9/11 Remembrance 9.11K Race (check-in starts at 7 AM)

The Central Illinois Veterans Commission and Lincoln Park District are commemorating the 20th anniversary of 9/11 with two events: a professionally-timed 9.11K race and a 1-mile walk.

A remembrance ceremony will be held following the completion of the race at approximately 10:15 AM on the Logan County Courthouse lawn.
Check-in for the 9.11K race starts at 7 AM with the race beginning at 8:30 AM on Broadway Street in downtown Lincoln.
Registration for the race can be completed online at runsignup.com or in person at the Lincoln Park District office.
